Here is some rough draft stuff and a sinopsis of the action:

A short fight would ensue where Akuma is winning at first, but then Scorpion would toss something to the ground (using reptile's invisibility sprites) that would explode and morph him into a scorpion (which was editied from MK3 to look more realistic). Then scorpion would then lunge at Akuma, stinging him in the head, pushing him back where Sub would quickly grab him, freeze him, and then roll back and throw akuma into a wall, shattering him into a frozen skeleton with ice fragments all over the place

The water is re-colored from a Primal Rage stage. MAME codes need to be found to fully remove all the sprites in the way of the sand and sea.

To make the new Sub and Scorps colors (which is only their colors--not their skin, or black parts), the colors were turned grey, then in PSP, the colored version was "averaged" with the grey version (to dull the colors). Then the gamma levels were reduced. This creates an almost gold and silver effect on sub and scorp, and looks better than the washed out colors from the game. Akuma's pants were also edited--they were turned from blue to dark grey (by setting the blue colors to greyscale)
